CRAFT Certified Clinicians

Certification in CRAFT is provided by Dr. Robert J Meyers and associates, including a list of certified CRAFT providers. I am unsure as to how often this list is updated, and there may be providers on that list who, while certified, are no longer offering services to families.

Entries are sorted by location with the United States at the top of the page, sorted by state, and listings for other countries found afterwards.

Certification in CRAFT means that the provider has gone to a two day training by a Certified CRAFT Trainer (such as Dr. Meyers or Lara Okoloko, LCSW), has submitted audio-taped recordings of 10 modules, has ultimately received high grades on all aspects of the module, and has attended at least two supervisions. This certification process is lengthy and thorough: you can be sure that anyone who has successfully completed it both has the capacity for high fidelity to CRAFT and the passion to withstand the certification process.

While it is always good to check the primary source (in this case the official Dr. Robert J Meyers and Associates listing of Certified CRAFT Providers), that list from Dr. Meyers is a list of providers who have been certified in CRAFT… and includes names of folks even if they are longer providing services to families.

If you are interested in connecting with a Certified CRAFT provider who is actively offering services, our Directory is a great source of up-to-date information. All providers who are listed as Certified CRAFT providers in our Directory have provided verification that they completed the full certification process outlined above and all are known to be active in the past year due to their maintaining a membership in our Helping Families Help Provider Network.
