Each session builds on the last, covering how to catch stress early by recognizing your body's signals, how to reset in real time by interrupting automatic reactions before they take over, and how to think clearly under pressure so you respond with confidence instead of regret. Participants also receive a Stress Reset Quick Reference Guide; a simple take-home tool you can use anytime stress spikes.
Led by a parent who has been through it, this workshop is grounded in real experience and practical tools. Whether you're in crisis mode or just exhausted from holding it all together, this series is designed to help you feel calmer, think clearer, and respond the way you actually want to.
